Who I am

I am Simona Spinelli, a fully qualified Associate Nutritionist, registered with the UK Volunteer Register of Nutritionist (UKVRN), which is governed by the Association for Nutrition (AfN). My  professional experience embraces two years in hospital settings and one year in the food manufacture industry. 

My qualifications include a BSc and a MSc in Nutritional Science at University of Calabria (Italy) and a MSc in Public Health Nutrition at London Metropolitan University (UK).

I collaborate with local comunities as nutritional advisor and with the world obesity federation as researcher.

...what I don't do

  • Supplement in diets (except in few cases)*
  • Artificial sugar (sweeteners)
  • Food Intolerance Testing
  • Vitamin and mineral deficiency testing
